A lifetime of helping families function better

For decades, I had the privilege of working alongside families as a direct care professional, trusted advisor, family facilitator, educator, and now, children's author. While caring for children was at the heart of my work, what I truly helped families create was something much bigger: structure, connection, confidence, and peace of mind.

Over the years, I became one of the highest-rated direct service care professionals in the Mid-Atlantic region because I understood a simple truth: most family stress is not caused by a lack of love or commitment. It is caused by a lack of coordination.

Everyone wants to help. Parents, grandparents, caregivers, teachers, coaches, and family members all play important roles. Yet few families have a system that helps everyone stay organized, informed, and working together effectively.

As Nanni Andi, I developed a practical approach that helped families communicate better, coordinate care, manage daily routines, and create a supportive environment where both children and adults could thrive. My goal was always to bring calm to the chaos, helping families spend less time worrying about logistics and more time enjoying life together.

Today, I continue that mission through my books, family resources, and now my soon to be released family care operating system “Nanni Andi Kids”.

After helping families one at a time for decades, my mission today is to help thousands more by scaling the family coordination practices that brought structure, confidence, and peace of mind to the families I was honored to serve through Nanni Andi Kids.

Because when families are connected, organized, and supported, wonderful things happen.
