I had hired two caregivers from a reputable online referral site. For some reason they could not connect with my husband and I. They were fine with my children but their communication skills were very poor. I knew my children were happy BUT I never knew what they were doing all day..( I have 2 daughters and 1 son - All under 5 years old) it was important to me to understand my childrens day so I needed a change. Then I found Andrea! She was so patient hearing all of our opinions and desires for our children, then quickly went to work. Within 1 week, our home was calm, supported, communication was better and we all had an upbeat, positive outlook on the way things were flowing in our household whether we were home or not. Our nannies still work with Andrea when they need guidance. THANK YOU Andrea!
