Andrea met with our family and 2 nannies I hired off of a reputable site. For some reason, our caregivers could not click with my husband and I. She was amazing with my children but her communication skills were very poor. I knew my children were happy BUT I never knew what they were doing all day..( I have 2 daughters and 1 son - All under 5 years old)Then Andrea arrived! She was so patient hearing all of our opinions and quickly went to work. Within 1 week, our home was calm, supported, communication was better (Rome wasn’t built in a day) and we all had an upbeat, positive outlook on the way things were run in our household whether we were home or not. Our nannies still work with Andrea when they need guidance. THANK YOU Andrea!
